All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There maybe potential delays when the store has a high volume of orders or our postal service is experiencing issues out of our control.

Local Collections

Free local collections are available from 40 Ball Street. Sheffield, S3 8DB every Wednesday 9am - 2pm and selected weekends. Once you have placed your local collection order, you will receive an email to arrange a time to collect.
